Career Mode Transfer Budget

After winning competitions when the transfer market is open such as the UEFA Super Cup my Transfer budget does NOT increase, from my previous season the only prize money I earned was 120 million from the premier league and I am now struggling to get players and fill a bench as I lack the funds to get half decent players as a prospect of 80 rated would cost 30-50 million, unless I want to get a £5 million 33 year old, slow player who will retire in 2 years time making me lose even more money. In the previous season I had 10 million pounds throughout 80% of the season no Merchandise Profit made my account, When I sold my Left Back during the Mid season transfer market for £15.5 million, the Board allocated me £0 to my budget and I was left shocked as I had lost a crucial player in the back 4 and was hoping to use the money on a younger replacement. I play on PS5 so there isn't even a possibility of using mods to give the £12 million I should have been allocated for that player. This issue was in Create a Club Career Mode. 

Another note: Please fix that when you have got a Player on the bench with a red card and you have done some manual adjustments to the team in the play game screen, stop it from resetting your team when it says "You don't have enough players to fill the bench" because I go into a game with Nico Gonzales on the Bench to him being back in the Starting 11 when I didn't want to start him, I wanted to start Andre Santos and bring Gonzales on later in the Game.
