Bug Description:

In Manager Career Mode, during the quarterly Youth Academy Tournaments, there is a major UI issue on the pre-match Team Management screen. Before the match starts, players are listed correctly and can be selected, but it is impossible to swap a starting player with a bench/reserve player. The UI completely fails to execute the player replacement function, locking the squad to its default state.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Advance to the quarterly Youth Academy Tournament in Manager Career Mode.
2. Enter the pre-match setup screen and open "Team Management".
3. Select a player from the starting V.
4. Try to swap them with a player on the bench or reserves.
5. Observe that the selection goes through, but the players do not swap positions on the screen, making it impossible to change the squad line-up.

Actual Result:

The user interface visually allows selecting players, but the actual swap action does not trigger. The starting line-up cannot be modified before the tournament match.

Expected Result:

Selected players should successfully swap positions between the starting XI, bench, and reserves, allowing full tactical customization before the match begins.
