Career Not Able to accept offer for player
Player wants to leave and is Automatic on List but it is Not possible to accept the offers for him

Its happening to me to on PS5. I engaged on negotiations with 2 clubs but could not reach terms. Every other offer that I received (3 so far) have no available actions. Very frustrating.
