Career Summary statistics may not match season records

I noticed a possible inconsistency in the Career Summary statistics for my Player Career save.
The statistics for the current season appear correct, but some Career Summary values do not match the actual season records.
For example:
League titles
Continental cups won
Player of the Year awards
Each season has been played under consistent conditions, making the differences easy to verify.
In particular, I have been playing with a consistent setup where league goals are kept at 240 goals each season, which makes it easier to compare records between seasons.
It seems that:
Season records appear correct, but Career Summary totals may not be updating properly.
