Chemistry bug for Hero Card turned Fantasy Captain Icon

I would like to know whether this is intended or if its a bug. I've completed an evolution for my Jill Scott card which has given her the Fantasy Captain Icon rarity. I would assume that she should give icon like chemistry (+1 to all leagues in the squad), but she still gives hero chemistry.

Is this a bug or is it intended?

    The same happened by multiple formation , ps5 is not counting the correct points specially with icons in, while web app is fine
