CHEMISTRY PROBLEM

Hello, I built my team on the companion app, the chemistry shows 33/33 as it should, but when I log on the console it’s 32/33 chemistry, Pfeiffer doesn’t have full chem even though it should have made perfect link to Wilson (Icon Cosmetic). I even gave Pfeiffer world tour cosmetic and still si is 2/3 chemistry. Although , on the companion app she is 3/3 and the team is 33/33 . Please help me i need to resolve this bug.
