CLUBS - drop ins. too many of same role

How bloody hard is it to just search for 3 attackers and 3 midfielders? 90% of the time you try to play as a forward you are told to change position. you manage to only pick 1 GK. now use the same logic to pick the rest of the team maybe? does anyone at EA even play clubs? you clearly dont test it because you break it each week.
