Clubs Consumables not working

In the Clubs Store in CLUBS, the consumables section offers Instant AXP to level up players faster. These are not always working when you are eligible, there is an error or bug. 

Every time you click on InstantAXP and try to pay you receive the error: "We were unable to get this item. The item is expired or unavailable". It doesn't make any difference if you change to a different archetype no matter what the level.
