Clubs match timer reset in the middle of match

When I wad playing league matches in clubs with a twitch streamer, a player tried to sub in but could not, then the game went on as usual and we were winning 5-2, then that players character subbed on and a timer started and the clock went back to minute 18 and the score went back to 2-1, then we went on to lose that match 7-5, I had scored 7 goals in that match but only 4 were counted. This happened to me 2 times on the 8th of April.
