Exactly the same issue here too. Its like the lobby needs a fill / no fill option because it seems ADIMENT to find team mates.
I on my own have had games once its found 2 other 'randoms' it then begins finding a game and then we have 2 a.i's . . . . . yet if you start in the lobby with 4 players and find gk disabled. .. you have no chance,
We have found no work around other than one of us leaving the lobby (so there is now only 3 outfield players) and hoping a random joins so we get a game.
its completely broken at the moment and needs patching asap!!
