Companion App Visual SBC Bug

Hi all, I have been the victim of a companion app glitch while submitting rare gold players into the 86x2 SBC via squad builder presetting set to rare golds, ratings low to high one of the players submitted into the SBC was a 79 gold pogba. After submitting the SBC my evolutioned 93 overall pogba was no longer in my club and in its place was a 79 overall concept version of Pogba! My 93 pogba has been removed from my club via a visual glitch on the companion app and EA are not helping correct their error and put the 93 Pogba back into my club. This Pogba went through several paid evolutions who I used FC points on (real money) and I have lost real money via an EA companion app glitch. The ea chat told me to submit a report in this forum and that someone will Get back to me but I will not hold my breathe! I have invested real money into the game in order to play with my favourite players and do not expect FC26 to have visual glitches removing those players from my club. The ea support so far has been useless with them first recommending I reset my PlayStation / factory reset when this is not a play station issue as the SBC was submitted via the companion app on my mobile this is an EA issue and they are not fixing or compensation me with either my Pogba or my money.

the companion app has incorrectly identified a 93 overall icon chemistry pogba as a rare gold player and therefore removed it from my club. This pogba was recently put into the evolution that was released on Friday 20th March which took his overall to 93 rated.

i would recommend no one submits SBC’s via the companion app or web app until they can sort these issues!
