controller lag

After the recent update, my controller will randomly lag throughout the match  , after every corner,r the player switches and controller movements will just tank,the game seems to be running at 120 frames ok but the controller just gives out from time to time. I can't even play properly online cant even do fut champs cause i will lose cause the controller wont work like 60 % of the time .
