Cosmetic Evolution from the Token Store not working

When I spent 200 FUTTIES Token on the cosmetic evolution and redeem the evo. item in the shop, it does not show up in my "Rewards" section.

In the "Cosmetic" section, the normal FUTTIES cosmetic is available to purchase.

This is the second FUTTIES evolution that I lose that way.

It happened today at roughly 09:25 AM CEST.

Again, super frustrating.
