Getting the info can take time plus I don't work 24 hours a day so you have to factor in that I may be gone for the day.
So I heard back from the team, who confirmed that this is not a bug or an issue. It was an intended upgrade where item recevied and additional PS+, and the item received a replacement base PS, so there was no loss of PlayStyles due to the upgrade.
