CPU Sliders reverty to default when signing in

After setting Custom CPU slider in Manager career, playing matches, etc. and then saving before signing out, the settings made are not retained by the game. 

Next time you sign in, the sliders have reverted to 50 across the board - not the settings I saved.

This is on the XBox X series console.
