Create a club bug

I've same problem. Tried going thru live manager tab but no luck   same problem 

Ive had the exact same problem and its so annoying this far into the game that these bugs are still around

the same thing happened to me yesterday and today even as well, had me redownloading the game and still no hope

The club you want to replace set them as your favourite team in settings, that worked for me today

 to create a club for fun and no hope lol. No cursor

I had the exact same issue, and the only thing that fixed it was changing my favorite team in the Options menu.

Here’s exactly what I did:

1. I went to Settings → Favorites and selected a different team as my favorite.

2. I chose a team from the league I actually wanted to use (for example, a team from the Italian Serie B).

3. After setting that team as my favorite, I went back to Create a Club.

4. Now, instead of being stuck in the Premier League, the game automatically showed the league of my favorite team.

5. I clicked it, and it directly selected the team I had marked as favorite — and from there, everything worked normally.

So basically, changing the favorite team forces the Create a Club screen to switch leagues, which bypasses the bug.
