Critical Bug: Raphinha Missing on Pitch

Dear EA Support Team,

I would like to report a critical gameplay bug in EA SPORTS FC 26 that is affecting Seasons mode when using FC Barcelona.

When selecting FC Barcelona in Seasons mode, Raphinha is available in the team selection and squad management screen, however, once the match starts, he does not appear on the pitch. As a result, the match begins with only 10 players, even though the lineup shows 11.

What Happens During the Match:

• Raphinha is selected and confirmed in the starting XI
• At kickoff, he is completely missing on the pitch
• The game continues with 10 players
• At halftime, the system appears to detect an issue and automatically disconnects/kicks me out of the match
• Despite this being a game error, the match is recorded as a loss and 3 points are deducted

Expected Behaviour:

• Raphinha should appear on the pitch when selected
• Matches should not start with fewer than 11 players
• Players should not be penalized with a loss due to a system glitch

Actual Behaviour:

• Missing player on the pitch
• Forced disconnection at halftime
• Loss recorded and points deducted unfairly
