Default tactics automatically switch to other tactics when match starts

I have several different custom tactics with unique formations (for example, 4-4-2, 4-2-3-1, and 3-5-2).
After some time, whenever I start a match using my 4-4-2 setup, the game automatically switches me to 4-3-1-2 at kickoff.

Even worse — when I check my other custom tactics after the match, they’ve all been changed to 4-3-1-2 as well, even though I never edited them.
Because of this, I’m forced to change back to 4-4-2 manually during the match, and I often begin the game with -3 chemistry due to players being in wrong positions.

This seems to happen randomly after saving or switching tactics. It’s not tied to one specific plan (Balanced, Defensive, etc.); once it happens, all game plans copy the same wrong formation.
