Did not get icon, premium pass and 6.000 fc points from ultimate edition

I have bought the ultimate edition of ea fc 26 on 26 september. I did not get any of the pre order bonuses. It says I should have gotten 3.000 ea fc points twice. I got 2.000 twice. I did not get the icon player and i did not get the premium pass for season 1 (I bought it with 1.000 ea fc points). 

Ea literally says this:

Pre-orderes after August 26? You’ll still get content.

    EA uses the following 

    A purchase made before the official release still counts as a pre-order, even if it’s made after early access has already started. I bought it the 26th and it came out the 27th
