Didn't get my premium pass with my Ultimate Edition

I don't know why, even though I bought Ultimate Edition, I got the FC points but I didn't receive the Premium Pass for the 1st season, I'd like to know why. Can you make this post viral I hope that EA can see this since we can't contact them by mail or something else zzz
