Disconnect at Kickoff Counted as Loss (FUT Champions)

Hi EA Team,

I'm writing to report a bug that directly affected my FUT Champions results.

As soon as the kickoff whistle blew, a disconnection message appeared on screen saying the connection with my opponent was lost. Not a single second of actual gameplay took place. However, the match was still recorded as a loss.

Here are the details:

- Mode: FUT Champions

- Opponent's gamertag:  [REMOVED]

- What happened: Instant disconnect message at the opening whistle

- Outcome: Loss added to my FUT Champions record

Since no gameplay occurred and the disconnect happened at the very first moment of the match, this loss should not stand. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue, reverse the result, and restore the match to my FUT Champions attempts.
