i rage quit my last game of draft and when i went to get the rewards it said i couldn’t connect to ultimate team, after i restarted my game there were multiple packs in my store but even then i still cannot play another draft because it is stuck on saying i cannot redeem the rewards, trying not to get banned because of the bug and also would appreciate a fast fix so that i can play more drafts for the objectives thank you
I have the same issue. I didn’t recieve the packs but when trying to claim them from the store it just days i can’t log in to ultimate team and then sendes me back to the UT menu. Can’t play draft anyomore because i can’t claim the rewards, effectively removing draft from my player experience entirely.
This needs to be fixed asap!
Same thing here it just keeps adding rewards to my account. Wont open them if its bannable. My actual rewards are not obtainiable.
