Duplicate players disappeared after pressing R2 (not added to club)

Hi EA team,

I’d like to report a bug I encountered in EA FC 2026.

After opening a pack, I received two players who were already in my club (duplicates) — Rúben Dias (86) and Jonathan David (82). Normally, when pressing R2 (Send to Club), duplicate players should not be sent to the club — they should stay for me to either quick sell or take another action.

However, after pressing R2, the system showed that the players were sent to the club, but they never appeared there.

I also checked the Companion App to see if I could recover them through the “quick sell recovery” feature, but they were not listed there either.

Please investigate this issue — I lost both players, and they are missing from my club.

    Haha man, they're in your sbc storage, it's not a bug. You must've pressed "don't show message again" when you press R2 to send duplicate players to your club. If you go to sbs and build a squad (not on companion app), go to your players, then if you look at the top right of your screen you can see "sbc storage". That's where your duplicate players are.
