EA advisors sending me here

I have been sent here as EA advisors have not been able to provide me with a solution. 

I have paid for the ultimate edition that comes with fc seasons premium pass. 
I have completed the pass and not received the rewards for this. 
EA have said they can’t see my rewards on account. I have sent the a screen shot as well as they know I have bought the ultimate edition they still can’t fix this issue. 
mad it stands EA have taken my money and not given what I have paid for. 

please fix this ASAP

    Did you pre order? Isn’t it only the pre orders that get the season pass I may be wrong but I pre ordered and got mine so just wondering

    Hi yes I did pre order but I have not received all rewards shows as active but not giving me the rewards

    Hi managers at EA can I please have a response your team in customer service sent me here to resolve issues however unfortunately nobody has had the etiquette to contact me regarding this. 
    please advise if this is the ongoing service I will receive as a paying customer. 
    if needed I can take this complaint to social platform and show how you have taken payment but not given me what was paid for.
