EA deducting coins from my balance and not points

So I bought a pack for 600 points. Instead of deducting the points it deducted 60k coins from my balance. Thats way more than you get from the pack also considering it was untradeable. I want my coin...

No. I am on pc and I didn’t clip it. I talked to the support but it seems like they can’t do anything to help with anything in game anymore. Very disappointing
