EA FC 26 stuttering

The game keeps stuttering. It has been doing so since I bought it in the first place. I thought I'd give the company time to issue patches if needed to fix it. It has been 5 months and nothing. 

On top of that, I have tried every solution on here. Changing resolution, graphics, nothing. 

Not one thing has worked. Naturally they won't give a refund, but is this just a scam? What can be done to fix this, because the game is unplayable.
