EA play trial missing content

I have EA play through Gamepass Ultimate membership and have downloaded the trial. I only have the options for 'FC News', 'Learn to Play' and 'Upgrade'. I have quit and rebooted the game as well as my console but the issue remains. Are EA looking into this issue and if so will the 10 hours be reset?
