EAFC26 Transfer Market Bugged

I have a problem with the Transfer Market in EA SPORTS FC 26 on PC.
    •    I fully completed the “On Your Way” objective.
    •    I  claimed the reward from the Companion App, not in-game.
    •    Since then, I have played 20+ matches across Rivals, Squad Battles, and Rush, but the Transfer Market is still locked.
Also no message change after completion, no timer and no sort of cooldown on the transfers tab in the menu
    •    I also tried SBCs, objectives, and even purchased FIFA Points, but nothing helped.

From what I’ve read on EA Answers HQ and Reddit, this seems to be a known bug where claiming the objective through the Companion/Web App does not register properly on the servers.

Can you please escalate this issue or confirm if EA is working on a fix? My account is stuck and cannot access the Transfer Market.
