Error entering the game

Every day I log in to the game just to keep the streak, up to now it's been almost 400 days.
Last Thursday, while playing H2H, EA locked the online mode to fix it. After playing the game, the game lagged, crashed and went back in and it was like the picture below.
I haven't been able to log in for more than a day, deleted and reloaded, deleted data, reset the device but still can't, logged in to another account but it works so the problem is with my account.
The loss of 1 day of playing the game, 30 pieces of 2nd anniversary, more than 1000 gems and especially lost the continuous login streak.
I hope EA fixes it as soon as possible. I'm so bored.
