I have the same problem. After waiting an hour on chat, they redirected me to another one where I was number 6 in line — but for some reason, the number went up instead of down. After all that waiting, their response was simply that they know there’s a problem. No information anywhere, and the case status is still: "No Fix Available" (Sep 26, 2025, 12:57).
