Evo item stuck in store making it unable to open packs

I have a consumable evo stuck in my store and every time I try to claim it it disconnects me from the server or it just keeps popping up in the store every time I try to open my packs it’s an actual joke how much ea don't care about stupid things like this been like it for me for over a week now and it’s making me want to delete the game after I’ve worked hard to build my team so if EA want to fix my account it is
