EVO progress wont track assists

Summary of the issue:
I bought FC Points to do Curse of the Left and I’ll Protect You. I did Curse of the Left on Di Francesco (silver player for Catanzaro) on Saturday 15th of November around 12:00. I played Squad Battles to track the assists. In game, it recorded assists but after the game I got an error that something was wrong with the server synchronization and all progress was lost. Somehow, the EVO tracks that I play games, but it did not track assists. I played 7 games with over 20 assists before it suddenly tracked and I could finish the EVO.
The same happened when I started on I’ll protect you. I bought FC Points, but I can’t pass level 4, because the assists wont track. This is very frustrating, especially when I have paid for the EVO’s. If this will not be fixed, I would like to request a refund because I cannot use the content I buy in game
Potential Repro Steps: Curse of the Left and I’ll Protect You EVO’s on Di Francesco and Solet, respectively
