Evolution bug

I'm trying to evolve my gold card Pina in FC26 Ultimate Team, but the game keeps saying "You already have an evolved version of this player".

I have only one copy of this player in my club, no evolved versions, no duplicates, and he is not in any squad, transfer list, SBC, or active/expired Evolution.

I have already restarted the game, console, cleared cache, re-logged in, and even quick-sell the Pina card and retrive it, but the issue remains.  So I think It's a server-side data bug.

Please help reset/clear the stuck evolution data for this player so I can use Evolution normally.
