Evolution Fountain of the youth

On my fc26 account i wanted to use the fountain of youth evolution on Christiana Girelli. It says it paused  but i have not paused it. It is a glitch. And not in the menu of my evolutions but you can not add another evolution because there is an evolution. Can this be fixed?
