Evolutions not working in Ultimate Team PS5

I completed the starter Evolution objectives but new Evolutions are not appearing in the menu. The Evolutions section does not update and I cannot start new ones. I already restarted the game and my PlayStation 5 but the problem continues. My Evolutions seem stuck. Is this a bug or is there something else I need to unlock
