1. please double-check you have purchased Ultimate Edition and not standard edition.

Yes, I have confirmed and 100% I got the ultimate edition.
I have also reached out to EA help and chatted with an EA Advisor but they could said they can't fix it and that I should post on this forum with the hope that someone will have a solution
So frustrating buying an expensive product and the advertised feature is missing from the product with no solution
