FC 26 Companion App Squad Builder submitted my main squad after crash

While completing an SBC on the FC 26 Companion App, I used Squad Builder to generate a squad and the app crashed and all of a sudden it showed me that the SBC was submitted and here is your reward.

During the process the Companion App crashed and did not give me option to confirm like it usually does. When I reopened the app, the SBC had been submitted automatically and several players from my main team were submitted without my confirmation.

Players lost include:

92 Buffon

91 Zanetti

91 Dybala

91 Putellas

90 Barcola

90 Marta

90 Kohler

90 Estêvão (EVO)

This appears to be related to the Companion App squad builder crashing.

I already contacted EA Support but they advised me to report it here for investigation by the team.
