FC 26 keeps crashing after ~10 minutes of gameplay

Whenever I try to play any game mode on fc 26 ultimate team like draft I get disconnected within 5-10 mins of the game and I get a warning for leaving when I didn’t I got disconnected and I lost that draft the coins I put to it and I don’t have the chance to play the game
