fc 26 player career objectives

When we enter a match in plaeyer career there are 3 differend objectives (example: match rating, make 3 shots, have 30% dribling rate). I always complete all 3 but the objective only counts one of them. Shouldnt it count all 3, so it would be 3/40 and not 1/ 40. I thing this is a bug, tell me your opinion or explain hoe it works.
