FC 26 Practice arena bug

whenever i play in the practice arena using my controller, my player becomes invisible and when i try to add a player, they vanish.. i can also hear an invisible juggling noise. why does this game have so many bugs? I have attached a recorded video of the bug. Please revert back after looking into this matter!
