FC 26 Pro Clubs

I've got a problem with pro clubs. When I try to play with friends (there's 5 of us) and when we load up the game, only 4 are playing and we don't even play with our players (e.g friend 1 plays with friend 2 player or even with some random bot). Is there any solution for this?
