My PS5 version of FC 26 is not starting.
Every time I try to start the game, there is an error. I have followed all of the troubleshooting steps including deleting and reinstalling the game, restarting my PS5 (also in safe mode), clearing my cache and restoring licenses.
Nothing is working.
I can start other games just not FC 26.
Community ManagerThere are more troubleshooting steps you can try, up to and including a full factory reset. Try the following in order:
WARNING - resetting your PS5 will wipe it completely. If you or any other user on your PS5 does not have a PS+ subscription which is required for cloud saving of your game progress, this will need to be backed up manually to a USB drive or memory stick. If you have no PS+ subscription and do not back up your saves, they will be lost.
