FC 26 Ultimate Edition 6000 FC Points not received

So I got the FC 26 Ultimate Edition that should have granted me 6000 FC Points over 2 months. Unfortunately, I only got the first 2000. I contacted EA, and they confirmed the matter.

"As I have checked your account , I would like to inform you you're missing the feb and March 2000 + 2000 FC points as you own the game on the Epic game account and you have launched the game on the EA app , in order to get the Points for the remaining month you need to launch the game from your Epic game account"

[The issue is, you can't run it exclusively through the Epic platform cause it will automatically head to EA's launcher.]

EA even told me to contact Epic, which I did. Tried some troubleshooting, but ultimately they couldn't do much and told me to contact EA again. Which I did. The customer support is responsive, but the situation is yet to be resolved. 

Current update:

"To be honest I would like to inform you that in normal scenario usually these thing does not happen. I have also checked this with my team and I am going to record the issue as bug to our game team."

Hopefully, this issue will get sorted soon.
