FC 26 Web App not working!

I was playing my 10 hour trial for FC 26 through xbox game pass and i realised that it was going on longer than 10 hours. In fact i got 10 hours on the Xbox series version according to my console (Felt more like about 20) and 14 j=hours on the xbox one version. So i thought, they'll resolve it and its not my fault. My trial finished yesterday when my game pass ran out and this morning i tried to access the web app and got this image. Is this normal or have I incurred a penalty of some sort.

It also wont let me access the store or the market.
