Fc companion app issue

Hey TheoBaah​,

Are you getting this error regardless of the players you're putting into your squad, or is a specific player causing this issue, do you know?

Also, just to make sure, are you able to edit your squad on your PC/console ok?

So answer to the first question is… not a specific player causing that. Cuz even with my old squad, I can just change position between two players but won't safe. The same error message appears.

And answer to second question is… Yes I'm able to edit squad on my console. But when I open the companion app, squad can't be saved.

Could you try completely deleting your squad (obviously not the playhers themselves, just the squad) and making it again from scratch? There could be a weird sync issue that's causing your problem.

If that doesn't work, can you try reinstalling the app?

I just reinstalled the app but still same problem.

Am I the only one facing this problem?

I'm not seeing much on this at all. Did you try the first step as well, and that hasn't helped either?

If you delete the squad and then add the players one by one, saving each time, at least then we'll know if it's a specific player causing issues. 

Oh yes that worked just now. Deleted the squad and opened on my console, added the players and reopened the companion app and it worked.

FYI I am getting this error as well. Happening on every squad I have. Will try on the console later and see if that refreshes it somehow - don't want to have to delete and rebuild every squad I have if I don't need to!

It can be a real pain alright, but try the steps that helped Theo, and hopefully they'll work for you too. 🙂
