Hi, I have the same problem on my PC. I loaded 37,000 FC points on the 25th and only 4,000 were transferred. I've contacted them 20 times since last Thursday and they haven't bothered to respond. I'm really pissed off.
yeah its an absolute joke, I have spoken to a community manager as well because the live chat employee said post on the forum and reach out to a community manager but the community manager has said that they don't know why they asked me to do this as this is not something they can help with and to speak to live chat again 🙃
