fc points that i bought is not there

i bought fc points on the web app(fc companion) in my phone but when i turn on the game(PC), my purchased fc points were not there even though my money was deducted. i have the receipt and already waited for 31 hours since my purchase but nothing happened. i already contacted EA customer support just now and hope that my issue would be resolved shortly.
