Fc season level 35 players not received

So i was level 33 in the season pass and got enough sp to go up 2 levels to level 35 so i held down x to claim all and it said i got the 2 packs from level 34 and the 2 players Gallagher and Mainoo from level 35 but then i did not get either off the players from level 35, i got the 2 packs from level 34 but gallagher and mainoo are nowhere to be found. They aren't in my club even after i restarted the game and went on web app so i checked quick sell recovery and they are not there either. I even bought a player from the market to check if they where in my unclaimed items but i just didn't get them even tho it says claimed in the season pass on both players. Please help me!
