FC SEASON REWARDS lvl. 29

I finished all FC season objectives and reached level 30 of the rewards system, there are two icon players at lvl. 30 and 2 packs on lvl. 29 with options to chose one pack of each side. When i was claiming the oacks i chose many times s what suites me and unfortunately i received only the two icons of lvl. 30 but from lvl. 29 i didn't receive any of the packs. 

I've tried to restart game and console, also i tried to check companion app but nth shows!
