Fc26 Ultimate team Champions rewards bug. I got only coins.

I just finished Ultimate league Champions 15 match. I won 8 and I received only the coin rewards but not the packages. Since last update game was extreamly slow as a EA classic but this really to much even for EA. Its so hard to understand how that much money earning game can have that bad bugs every year and that bad management. Lower budget games managed way batter than EA really.. you losing players care or not but this management will be your end. Please give my rewards.. Im realy too tired you and your bugs..
